Most HHC 2026 attendees will stay at the official HHC 2026 hotel, the Courtyard Nashville Smyrna. Reservation information appears below.

Having an official conference hotel facilitates socializing after hours, arranging carpools, comparing programming techniques while enjoying either the indoor pool or the outdoor whirlpool, and so on.

• The HHC 2026 room rate is $160.00 per night ($187.60 with taxes and fees) for up to four (4) guests in a room. This is a trivial increase over the $185.00/night we paid in 2024!
• Rooms have either a double queen or single king bed.
• This rate is guaranteed for up to 30 rooms, and must be booked by October 2, 2026. The special conference rate will be available for the nights of October 28 - November 2. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit or debit card.

(1) Online: We have a special reservation link that incorporates our reduced HHC conference rate. This is the easiest way to make a reservation. Courtyard by Marriot Nashville Smyrna
(2) Phone: 888-236-2427. This is the main Marriot reservation number. Mention "Handheld Conference" to get the special rate.

Meals

The hotel features an in-house restaurant. Most conference attendees will eat breakfast there. At this time we're unsure how many meals will be included with your conference registration.
